Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates are for services only and cannot be used for the purchase of products and are not transferrable to another person other than stipulated on the voucher.

Gift Certificate purchased through special Christmas 2022 promotion must be purchased together in one transaction. Promotion is for purchase of three (3) Gift Certificates of equal value with the third at 50% off (3 x $100 Gift Certificates = $250).

Our Ultimate Luxury Hair Treatment promotion is open to all clients who purchase a Gift Certificate between 1 and 22 December, 2022.

There is no minimum value purchase to enter, and there is one entry per Gift Certificate purchased. We will draw the winner at 3pm on Friday, 23 December, 2022 and the winner will be notified by phone and email no later than Thursday, 5 January, 2023.

Prize must be redeemed (service delivered) by 5 February, 2023.

The Ultimate Luxury Hair Treatment includes, essential oil scalp massage, luxury shampoo and conditioning service using Hair ID Treatment, stimulating scalp brush service, 20 minute relaxing scalp massage, hot towel wrap, PlexForte leave-in hair treatment and hand massage.

Prize is for Ultimate Luxury Hair Treatment and is not transferable for any other service, products or cash. There is only one prize, valued at $100.00.
